A full stack developer is like a one-man band, they can play all the instruments and still have time to sing.
A full stack developer 'does it' by using a combination of caffeine and magic. We spend hours coding and debugging, and then just when we think it's impossible, we wave our magic wand (or keyboard) and poof the website is up and running like a charm. It's truly a sight to behold.
